We offer a same-day free delivery service for orders with a subtotal above $250 within our delivery radius. View our delivery map to see eligible areas.

All promised delivery times are estimates, and may need to be adjusted for special circumstances. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an order for any reason.

Return & Exchange Policy

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and negotiate a solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

There are NO REFUNDS on any disposable/consumable products. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
